frequently asked questions
How do I book?
You can head over to my contact page and fill in the form or if you prefer you can contact me on mobile 021 207 8838 or
When do I pay?
I ask for a $100 deposit payable when you book your shoot to secure your date and the remainder of the cost due 7 days after your photo shoot.
What if it's raining or my kids get sick on the day our photo shoot is scheduled for?
I completely understand that life happens and having 3 kids of my own I can appreciate how things like colds and sicknesses are not exactly planned. All I ask is to have as much notice as possible and we can arrange a more suitable date for you and your family.
What should we wear on the day?
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable. Most of my clients tend to wear blues, naturals etc. Take a look through my galleries to get an idea. If you get stuck you are welcome to shout out at any stage and I can guide you! Oh and bring a change of clothes for the ride home, just in case it gets muddy or wet.
What if my children don't want to be directed by a photographer and they don't listen?
I get this often...."good luck getting them to listen to you" or "They don't like having their photo's taken". That's why I love lifestlye photography because there isn't much posing at all. It's just you guys having fun at the playground, beach where ever and half the time they (you) haven't realised that I am even there!
Oh and if all else fails I always have a pocket full of mini marshmellows :)
How long will it take to get my photos?
I always aim to have a sneak peak of a few within the first week of our shoot. This is supplied via an online gallery or email. All remaining photo's should be supplied within 2-4 weeks after that.
What if I don't want our images shared on social media?
Feel free to mention this to me and I will ensure that your images stay within your family, however please understand that my work is my photography and this is how I showcase my business. Please mention this though when you are booking with me so I am aware.
